MANIFESTVM is an independent, self-published editorial project born from queer imagination and artistic resistance. It’s not a magazine.
It’s a mutation—a printed organism that reinvents itself with every release. Each edition becomes a new body, a new voice, a new experiment in form and thought. No format repeats: one issue may appear as a tabloid newspaper, the next as a fanzine, a magazine, or a hardcover object-book. The concept always leads the process.
Every decision—from the choice of paper to the use of engraving, lithography, stitching, cyanotype, collage, photography, digital work, or AI—becomes part of its anatomy. Since its first release in July 2024, MANIFESTVM has followed a rhythm of three editions per year, each one delving into a specific social, political, or cultural question. Every issue is created in collaboration with a different group of artists, designers, writers, theorists, and performers, allowing each release to carry its own identity and tone.
Visually bold, politically sharp, and materially obsessive, MANIFESTVM moves between art publishing, contemporary research, and collective storytelling. It has already appeared in several editorial and artistic fairs, growing through the strength of its visuals and its refusal to conform. At its core, MANIFESTVM believes in accessibility—in turning complex ideas into objects that invite curiosity rather than intimidation.
It aims to make art and critical discourse emotionally and visually available to everyone, even to those who might not usually encounter them. It’s not a publication to simply read—it’s a printed situation to experience.A space where disobedience becomes design, and every page becomes an act of resistance.
