I’m the creator, editor, and artistic director behind MANIFESTVM—a self-published, niche editorial project born from my queer imagination and shaped by my academic and artistic journey. I graduated from the Brera Academy of Fine Arts, where I completed both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Engraving and Fine Arts. That background continues to inform everything I do: the way I see, the way I print, the way I resist. MANIFESTVM isn’t just a publication—it’s how I work through the world. Every edition is different from the last. I reinvent the format each time: one issue might take the form of a tabloid newspaper, the next a fanzine, a magazine, or a hardcover object-book. The concept always leads the process. Techniques I’ve refined—engraving, lithography, cyanotype, stitching, digital work, AI, collage, photography, 3D modeling—are layered and repurposed with irony and care
Since its first release in July 2024, MANIFESTVM follows a rhythm of three editions per year, published every 3 to 6 months. Each one dives into a new social, political, or cultural issue, always approached through a critical, queer, and visually experimental lens. I collaborate with a different group of artists and creatives for every edition—writers, designers, theorists, photographers, performers—allowing each release to carry its own aesthetic, voice, and texture. MANIFESTVM has already appeared in two editorial and artistic fairs, gaining momentum through the strength of its visuals, its materiality, and its refusal to conform.
At its core, MANIFESTVM is also about accessibility: making art and critical ideas psychologically approachable and eye-catching to everyone—even to those who might not usually own an art piece or find information in this form. It’s a way to open doors, to invite curiosity, and to disrupt the usual barriers around art and knowledge. What ties everything together is not a fixed style—but a method of artistic disobedience. I don’t just design publications. I stage printed situations.
